When you contact us we'll first find out if we can help you. If we can, we'll look at your issue to understand your needs and the outcome you want. If we can't help, or see that you would be better off with someone else's service, we'll say so and will point you in the right direction.

Depending on the nature of your issue we might be able to resolve it straight away, or we may need to look into it more thoroughly. In any case, the clearer you are about what you want the better, but you don't need to come with a detailed specification. We will ask you the necessary questions to figure out what you want.

Many customers appreciate that we develop complex projects in stages. They can then see the solution evolving and have the chance to request changes along the way. As the final product becomes clearer with every stage they can tune it to their exact needs. This flexibility is much more likely to give them what they are looking for than sticking to a rigid specification. However, with this approach we can't quote an exact price beforehand – we can only give an estimate.

We are happy to work with what you have already built or create a complete solution from scratch. Whichever way you prefer, we will always agree with you what work is to be done before we start so there are no surprises.

In many cases we can work remotely so there is no need to meet. If the project requires us to look at your screen or show you ours, we can use special software to do so. Connecting remotely has proven to work very well saving time and expense. Of course, if you wish to meet we can arrange that too.
